  • fixed problem where some books with leading zeroes didn't display the right cover (see issue 403)
  • added << and >> buttons to main comic dialog, so you can jump to the first or last page quickly (see issue 405)
  • the SCRAPE_DELAY, when used, is no longer applied to any manual lookups that are required at the end of the scraping session (see issue 409)
