Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can add characters
• Characters include the following information:
  • Basic biographic data (name, birthdate, etc)
  • A representative picture of the character
  • Relevant data tags
• Each character has a public profile page
• Users can create ranked sets of characters
• A user's rankings can be seen on their profile page
