Purpose of change
Minor thing I spotted during a recent playthrough.

Added a toilet definition and defined spawns to go in the dresser for palette
farm_house, just the standard contents for now.Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing
Checked affected file for syntax and lint errors, double-checked that I entered the right letters for the additions.
Additional context
One of these days I plan to give these gun safes or other storage for rural gun spawns, but weh.
