Scale up mining yield of solid rock to match boulders #3162

Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Mining solid rock gives as much stone as mining large boulders, related stone surfaces give as much rock as medium boulders"

Purpose of change

Something I made note of in #3161, boulders got an adjustment to how many rocks they're worth but solid rock and related terrain didn't get adjusted accordingly, and doing so would be reasonable for parity with how many rocks it takes to make stone walls.

Describe the solution

  1. Increased the number of rocks obtained by bashing solid rock to 65-85 (matching large boulders), and added 5-9 sharp rocks also from large boulders. This is quite a bit more than the 24 it takes to make one tile of rock wall, but tunneling through solid rock is more involved than digging pits so it may be reasonable for each tile to go into making more than one rock wall.
  2. Also gave smoothed rock and red/green/blue rock walls the amounts of stone yielded by medium boulders.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Scaling down how many rocks are obtained from boulders down a bit.
  2. Scaling solid rock yield up even more to like 75-100 rocks to be more than large boulders. Feels excessive to me so.

Testing

Checked affected file for snytax and lint errors.
