Observação: a regra scale está implementada nas releases stable de navegadores mais comuns recentemente
(o edge foi o último a implementar, somente no início desse ano). Ela facilita imensamente o trabalho
de implementação de design responsivo. Tive pouco tempo então escolhi usar a regra, porém o ideal é
re-implementar sem usá-la para dar suporte a versões mais antigas de navegadores.
