v0.2 - Added automatic bridge registration

This is the version 0.2 of the Quick Hue pebble app.

The main update is the ability to automatically register a username on the Hue Bridge (before it had to be done manually):

• On app installation the configuration page will be opened on the phone (and a message to edit the configuration displayed on the Pebble).
• The configuration page now has a "Register QuickHue" button.
• Pressing the button registers the a new user in the Hue Bridge for the QuickHue application, or if there is a username already inputted in the "Hue Bridge User" form text field it tries to register that user.

v0.1 - Initial mvp release

First release of the QuickHue for Pebble app. This version is capable of:

• Toggling light state on launch (ideal for button Quick Launch shortcut).
• Toggle light pressing the middle button.
• Increase and decrease brightness using the top and bottom buttons.
• Set up Philips Hue configuration data on the mobile app config page.
