feat(aws): add support options overview #293

This adds an overview for how to get support on AWS, including what Pro provides, AWS frontline support, and getting expanded support from Canonical

CIS (level 1 and 2) or FIPS hardening. FIPS is currently supported
on Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04. 22.04 is currently available through the
`fips-preview` and `fips-updates` repositories provided through the
FIPS pro entitlement, but these modules are not yet certified.

Purchasing Pro through the AWS provides a convenient mechanism for getting access to the above features
using a unified billing portal. However, Ubuntu pro images published under the

"include" sounds less negative, maybe?
sometimes we mention it as "they are self supported"

a problem with a cloud image you case `file a bug <https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-images/+filebug>`_.
When creating a bug please describe the issue, provide a minimal reproducer, and ensure you include
which AMI you see this issue on. CPC regularly triages issues but note that support here is
best effort.

I have a new one.

Ubuntu Pro users are also entitled to have a CSM assigned, but let's leave it out for now, as I would really want to get confirmation if they are willing to support 1-instance customers. It is a long tail!

Also, could you pull the latest code from the main repo, so that the build failures on RTD can be avoided? I have pushed a small update to remove that error.

batch committed all of dimple's suggestions. i'll follow up tomorrow on carlos' additional comments and review the custom_wordlist to see what I can remove from before
