chore(web-modeler): change all cloud URLs to non-cloud

Description

Part of the non-cloud URL Web Modeler rollout: https://github.com/camunda/web-modeler/issues/8663. The old Web Modeler URL https://modeler.cloud.camunda.io will then redirect to the new URL https://modeler.camunda.io which is the new official address. All old URLs should be replaced in the documentation as well, which is done with this PR.

The rollout will happen on 03.07.2024, 08:00 CEST. It can be published right after but not before.

When should this change go live?

• This is a bug fix, security concern, or something that needs urgent release support.
• This is already available but undocumented and should be released within a week.
• This on a specific schedule and the assignee will coordinate a release with the DevEx team. (apply hold label or convert to draft PR)
• This is part of a scheduled alpha or minor. (apply alpha or minor label)
• There is no urgency with this change and can be released at any time.

The new URL for Web Modeler has been rolled out today. I removed the hold label and merged the PR. The docs release is the only todo left together with the postman adjustments
