Fixes to spec4d views which accidentally linked against ff4d tables (thanks to @walkloud for pointing this out).

This PR also piggy backs in PR #71 -- so that I was able to run tests again.
Feel free to test this PR locally and I'll deploy it on ithems if you are happy with it.
