Kubewarden Fleet example

This example will deploy Kubewarden packaged as Helm charts from the Kubewarden Helm repo, https://charts.kubewarden.io, into the cattle-fleet-system namespace. The defined Fleet modules have the chart dependencies codified via dependsOn.
