New configuration screen, reinit/stop habridge, testable dim/value control popup and fixes

Added configuration web screen and ability to save to file. No need for -D parameters. Added reinit and stop command to control bridge. Device that have percentage/value commands for dim control now popup a number selector for test. Multiple fixes and robustness improvements.
