Fix Flow version constrain.. For real

The previous release required the non-existing version 4 of typo3/flow leading to invalid package loading orderings.
This release fixes the issue by requiring neos/flow instead.

Adjusts the composer manifest to require Flow 4.0+.
Besides this replaces some left-over mentions of "TYPO3" and
changes the composer package type to "neos-package"
