This is the initial release. I've been using this personally with Pidgin and HexChat without any trouble.
The zip attached to this release contains 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) builds of v1.0. These are built with Visual Studio 2013; if you do not have them installed already, you may need the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.
