My life is a quest for adventure, and into Tech I go! My entire life I have wanted to continuously try, experiment, and learn new things. Whether it was when I was 5 years old combining every drink at the McDonald's soda machine to see what it tasted like, to a few years ago tinkering with my car's suspension and brakes, to now changing careers into Software Engineering. Coming from a non-traditional software engineering route - my previous experiences in education and local government have given me a unique perspective, while my schooling in backend engineering has given me the necessary skills. I am passionate about helping my community and to be able to do so through tech makes me ecstatic! I look forward to utilizing open and healthy team communication and collaboration while writing clean, maintainable, and functioning code.
