Meetings of the Authorization panel take place at 10AM EST / 4PM CEST on Wednesdays.

Purpose

The purpose of this panel is to produce candidate proposals to the solid ecosystem of specifications that satisfy use cases and requirements related to authorizing access to data in a Solid pod.

Initiatives

The Authorization Panel is undertaking the following initiatives, in priority order:

1. Document use cases and requirements for authorization - Source - Rendered
2. Produce normative draft text of the Web Access Control specification
3. Produce and propose mechanism(s) for client constraints
