For now this version allows you to download the needed LLVM version and generate documentation from it. In the future I plan to extend the tool to be able to generate docs for any LLVM subproject (this should be a straightforward change).

Also investigating the possibility to remove dependency on docsetutil.

Still, I'm pretty satisfied with what we have today.
