Pretty self explanatory. UnZip is a nice utility to have, especially while brioche-dev/brioche#88 is still open.
This uses the latest stable release of UnZip, which is v6.0 from 2009. There are several known build-time issues and security issues outstanding with UnZip, so I followed the guidance from https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/12.2/general/unzip.html for extra patches to apply. I decided to duplicate these patches directly in the repo for simplicity
