Add timeline events for the various async calls

We're already recording the call event when a call is executed, including via the async mechanisms. Some async specific events that might make sense:

• async_execute when an async job is attempted #3282
• feat: timeline events for scheduled cron jobs #2860
• fsm_start on fsm start state, fsm_transition on fsm state transitions
• pubsub_publish on publish to a topic, pubsub_consume on message consumption
