  • POSIX compat for non-bash shells
  • flag support to enable/disable certain checks
  • precheck sites before attempting
  • custom timeout() for devices that don't have timeout
  • do not touch disk, use dd to pipe
  • randomized test sites
  • change to Mbit/sec as this is the most-common used by ISP advertisement
