burrito-fillings 0.1.0: initial alpha release

This is the first release of the burrito-fillings package, a collection of burrito CommandLineApplication subclasses (i.e., application controllers) for bioinformatics applications.

This is intended to be a temporary package for the application controllers that are used in QIIME as we figure out which of these we will continue to support, though in a later release burrito-fillings may transition to become a pruned-back collection of application controllers that are used in QIIME and related packages. Or, we might abandon burrito-fillings completely in favor of an alternate strategy for distributing those application controllers.

Note: burrito fillings is currently under active development and its API is not stable. Major compatibility-breaking API changes will likely happen in a 0.2.0 release, though we do guarantee backward compatibility in the 0.1.x development cycle.
