Currently, on quantms.org we have used a decoy simulation approach to integrate multiple datasets. We called this method mad_decoy.

Currently, we are reanalyzing a new version of the data with a new database containing entrapment proteins. We have to develop now the algorithm for the integration:

  • Have a meeting with Lukas Kall about the data. Include a discussion about the MARAclustering
  • Release for every dataset the list of proteins + accessions + q-value (similar to what it is needed for mad_decoy).
  • Develop the algorithm.
