Bug Fix - VM Checkpoint

Fixed issue with VM's that had checkpoints not successfully reporting metrics.

Includes an update to launch as admin.

Initial Beta

Initial beta of Hyper-V plugin. Includes support for CPU, memory, health and replication status. The plugin must be run under an account that has permission to the Hyper-V server. The plugin.json file does not currently support username / password.
