Package `repa` is not currently maintained, so we disable `gloss-raster` and all examples needing this or `repa` directly. The `bytestring` bound is relaxed again to `>= 0.10` so as to allow to build with GHC 8 stackage snapshots. Unmaintained `source-repository this` sections are removed (anyway just feature bloat in cabal).

I am now a maintaner of repa, and recently released a new version compatible with GHC 8.10 (maybe even earlier) - 9.10. |
