Currently when you use aggday=skatesum it takes the min of today's sum and the final road rate. If your rate runits are set to daily, that's fine. If they're set to weekly, for example, then you'll be capping your datapoints at the amount Beeminder requires in a week. That does not enforce edge-skating!
