3D Printed Parts

The STL files for the 3D printed parts are located in this folder.

I print parts in cheap PLA. If you have success with other materials, let us know.

All parts can be printed in the default orientation with no supports. I use coarse layer heights on all parts, except for the headblock, where I use a finer layer height.

Several screws mount by threading into the 3D printed parts. I typically pre-thread with a tap, but you can usually use the screw to to the tapping.

Note: There is a version 1 and 2 of the cover. Version 2 has a different cutout for the ESP32, due to the dual footprint used on that version. Be sure to print the version that matches your controller.
