lib/flashing: Add iotdin-imx8p json files

This is based on the slugs currently proposed by balena-io/contracts#434 The iotdin-imx8p and iot-gate-imx8plus devices share the same flashing procedure and flashing tools repository. Change-type: patch Signed-off-by: Alexandru Costache <[email protected]>
