Adaptive Mesh refinement 2D in OpenFOAM-v2112

Codes capable of AMR2D has been written by Luca Cornolti and further modified by Ajit Kumar for OpenFOAM-v1812. The present codes can be used in OpenFOAM-v2112

Compilation

Switch to src directory and run

wmake libso

To run the a dam-break example, switch to tutorial/interFoam/dambreak and then run

./Allrun
