XML definitions for views, domains & objects files weren't correctly processed on Windows because of the hardcoded path separator.

XML definitions for views, domains & objects files weren't correctly
processed on Windows because of the hardcoded path separator.
Moreover, CSVReaders & Writers were using default platform encoding leading to corrupted files on Windows
