Bundled dependencies were not being included correctly due to some janky linking code that didn't handle multiple versions of the same package.

With the release of pnpm deploy we can simply now deploy a fresh copy of the package to a new directory by hoisting the dependencies and and pack from there which correctly creates an 'npm-like' nested node_modules. As you can see below, [email protected] is nested underneath the @babel/highlight package whilst the [email protected] is available at the root of node_modules.
