test: use fulfillment(of:) and address intermittent integration test failures

Description

Our E2E test suites have some intermittent failures for a variety of reasons. These changes address most of them:

• chore(integration-tests): use macos-13 and xcode 14.3 - increase timeouts [skip ci] #3300
  • All integration test suites now use >= Xcode 14.3
  • Some timeout intervals were increased to account for slower CI machines.
• fix(integration-tests): increase timeout of hostedui ui tests [skip ci] #3304
  • Increases timeout intervals for HostedUI UI test suites.
• fix(api): sprinkle in some uuids to prevent parallel run clashes [skip ci] #3303
  • API (GraphQL) tests append a UUID to some String typed model values to prevent query collisions in parallel executed test suites that led assertion failures.
• fix(unit-tests): use fulfillment(of:) in async contexts [skip ci] #3302
• fix(integration-tests): use fulfillment(of:) in async contexts [skip ci] #3301
  • Use XCTestCase.fulfillment(of:) API when waiting on XCTestExpectations in async contexts.
