Update libmemcached config.guess/config.sub to latest

When trying to install this gem on Ubuntu 22.04 on ARM, I'm experiencing the following failure:

checking build system type... config/config.guess: unable to guess system type

This script, last modified 2009-04-27, has failed to recognize
the operating system you are using. It is advised that you
download the most up to date version of the config scripts from

Updating the gem's copy of libmemcached with the latest config.guess and config.sub (as suggested in the error) resolved the issue for me. This should close #210 and #161.
