For Windows XP, documentation is here (2019).
No dependencies are required.

Usage

Unpack and run psiphon.bat.
Specify socks5 proxy 127.0.0.1 port 1080 (dns through proxy) or http(s)/ssl proxy 127.0.0.1 port 8080 in your browser or other application.
psiphon has restrictions on outgoing ports and can limit the speed (128 kbytes/s+).
You can specify a different server ID. Copy from server-list.dat to client.config.
To close the terminal, press Ctrl+C and then y.
