It turned out version 2.0.0 wasn't fully Vite 2 compatible. To get it working with multiple pages and Vite 2's new manifest.json structure I had to break backwards compatibility and intruduce a new API. Since hardly anyone is using it right now and the new API is part of a bug fix I didn't introduce a new major version.
