Device tests for Cordova Status Bar modifications
Minimal HelloWorld Cordova app. Added the modified StatusBar pugin (https://github.com/breautek/cordova-plugin-statusbar.git#issue-110-statusbar-overlay-keyboard-resize) and modified the CSS of the app for a very big border.
