Import an .epw file and define the simulation period

The Hive_getSimulationData component reads an EPW file and returns location parameters and hourly data for temperature, direct normal radiation and diffuse horizontal radiation. A custom simulation period can be set by specifying values for hour of the year, using the start_HOY_ and end_HOY_ components.
