Deploy a Form
In order to run a form, you need to select an element, folder, or view in Archi, although you can select multiple objects to run the form against. Right clicking on these items will display Archi's context menu. Select "FORM_NAME for FOLDER/ELEMENT/VIEW (FOLDER/ELEMENT/VIEW_NAME)", and the form will be run against your objects and displayed.
Once the form has been run, you can view and edit info within the form. For example, if you run a form on an Archi model that contains 20 different elements with names, documentation, and a property called "Element_Color", and you've configured your form to display all of these values, you should be able to select an element inside the form and edit any of the above values. Changes made in the form will sync with Archi, although there is a small amount of lag time between makes changes, closing the form, and having those changes reflected in Archi (especially if you've changed many properties for many elements in your model).
