[spark] Support alter table drop multi partitions #3916

Purpose

Spark support drop multi-partitions in one command atomically:

ALTER TABLE table DROP [IF EXISTS] PARTITION spec1[, PARTITION spec2, ...];

This pr changes PaimonPartitionManagement to extends SupportsAtomicPartitionManagement instead of SupportsPartitionManagement.
