[sonataflow-operator] - Align bundle.yaml image annotations with bundle/annotations.yaml file

Summary

Annotations must be governed by bundle/annotations.yaml file. Our current bundle.yaml replicates those annotations in the labels section.

Description

Add a script to our build process to replace these annotations in the Cekit image descriptor and merge them with the bundle/annotations.yaml file.
