axi_adxcvr.v: Update DRP and EyeScan channel indexes up to 32 lanes

PR Description

In case of JESD configurations with the number of lanes higher than 16, the software could not access any DRP information of the GT channels and the JESD link bring-up was impossible. So in order to fix this, on the AXI to DRP and EyeScan modules there were some specific signals indexes that had to be updated up to the 32'th GT channel and 28'th GT common channel.
