Cannot find game menu in Blender #8

Hi got the hardware working right, but cannot get the blender to "start game engine".

I do not see the "Game" option in menu.

This is what I see:

The game engine is discontinued from Blender version 2.8. Download Blender 2.79b or lower and try out the same
