Xtext Move Refactoring

Development Environment

To start developing for Xtext Move Refactoring, please perform the following steps:

1. Start with downloading the Eclipse Installer from:
   https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/installer

2. Start the Eclipse Installer

3. Select the advanced mode
   

   

4. On the Product Page

   1. Select Eclipse Platform

   2. Product Version: 2020-03

   3. Click Next >

5. On the Projects Page

   1. (One time only) Click the icon to add the Xtext Move Refactoring project.

      1. Catalog: Eclipse Projects

      2. Resource URIs: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/altran-mde/xtext-move-refactoring/refs/heads/main/releng/eclipse/XtextMoveRefactoringGitHub.setup

      3. Click OK
         

      4. Enter your GitLab credentials when asked for

   2. Select Xtext Move Refactoring in the tree

   3. Select stream main in the table

   4. Click Next >

6. On the Variables Page

   1. Review all variables values, especially the Installation folder name and Root install folder

   2. Click Next >

7. On the Confirmation Page

   1. Click Finish

Your development environment will now be prepared. Please accept all licenses and certificates and provide your GitLab credentials when asked for.
