Open setting, Install Package, Create Connected App and Assign User Permission

Create Project

1. link github
2. adjust pipeline environments
3. its github branch name (dev not need to create at this step)
4. active pipeline

4. Run Work Items

1. apex created in vscode -> push to dev org -> go step by step pipeline
2. create a field on Account in scratch org -> pull to local vscode -> go step by step pipeline

1. there is not metadata delete workitem to go through the pipeline
