The big chunk of work to allow people to edit and set up conferences independently was done as part of https://github.com/agile-alliance-brazil/submissions/milestones/Multi-event%20preparation.

These issues are improvements on top of what currently exists to make it so that really nothing is needed from developers to get new content out there.
