First release

This is the first release from Github. In this release, we've upgraded to Epsilon 2.5.0 interims and Eclipse 2012-12 (2022-03 unfortunately does not work due to a conflict related to multiple versions of Batik).

There is a minor fix in how loops are interpreted in MARTE GQAM models: the test ActivityNode is now considered to run once more than the number of repetitions of the loop, as one would typically expect.
