Correct to use new package and file name suffixes. Remove references to old naming scheme and simplify overall. Emphasize "design pattern" rather than a template (eg because the generated files are incomplete). All example Ada/SPARK sources: Change unit names and corresponding file names for the existing examples so that they match those used by the generated files. Removed obsolete "example_spark_service" source directory and source files. Removed with-clause in Ada main for otherwise unused "example_spark_service" source files.
Update tox.ini to remove safety check.
Enhance SPARK Service Template
