Kick off temurin sign jsf using groovy script

Same as #1131 but we are taking a groovy script approach to see if it resolves the error in adoptium/temurin-build#3946 (comment)

To run full set of tests, use "run tests"; a subset of tests on specific jdk version, use "run tests quick 11,21"

Something im not doing right

Removing context fixed the above error, but now something in the sh script is causing an error
