###GameChanger Created for server owners who want to change the gamemode of players who do not have the permission gamechanger.bypass to survival when they join the server!

###ShortcutSay Created to allow commands that bypass [SERVER] and similiar prefixes when speaking from the command line, or in game. Requires the sender to have the shortcutsay.use permission! (Color codes using &[number/Letter] work in the messages!) Command:
/+say [message]
