I added the functionality of creating a Newick string from the
specification.jsonfile and also store an image of that tree in a.pngfile. I added it all to theSequencesclass, maybe it would be better to separate it more, I don't know. I also wrote tests and added a hook (basically used yourpre-commit.shfile from other projects).
