Version 1.14.0

First release under the new Repository. Unfortunately, as previous releases did not carry over, this might as well be the first release at all.

The name of the plugin itself has also changed. Old Preference files are still valid, but the file addon_hextwitchr.conf must be renamed to addon_hextwitch.conf.
