Removing specified functionality is always problematic, because people might use it.
In this case, these are not specified functions, but functions that were wrongly generated and added to the list. The functions have no defined sematics (ie. cannot be implemented and users won't be expecting this functionality) and compilers don't provide them.
Therefore, it is safe to remove these changes.
